CLX Group successfully concluded the First National Warranty Conference on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Over the course of three days, the event brought together warranty teams from MultiMax’s 49 branches and the Central Technical Service Department with the goal of standardizing procedures and optimizing customer service in preparation for late 2026 and 2027.

Under the motto “One Team, One Standard of Excellence,” this initiative—led by Nasar Ramadan Dagga Mujamad, CEO of CLX Group and MultiMax—served as a key platform for refining support processes, enhancing operational synergy, and streamlining response times at branch locations, with the goal of delivering superior after-sales service at every store operated by the business group nationwide.

“What an extraordinary day we’ve had at this First National Warranty Conference 2026! At CLX Group, we’ve come together to transform the service Venezuelan families receive, with the goal of providing them with better solutions and greater peace of mind. All of this is possible thanks to the efforts of an extraordinary team that works every day to achieve excellence,” said Nasar Ramadan Dagga, CEO of CLX Group and MultiMax.

The agenda took place at key locations such as the Pruinca Distribution Center, the Central Technical Service Workshop, and the MultiMax branches in Valencia and Mañongo.

As part of the team-building activities for these days, the team of regional analysts and supervisors joined forces with key departments at CLX Group, including Administration, Logistics, Audit, and Quality Assurance. In addition, the event featured the participation of partner brands such as Samsung, Condesa, NTS, SJ Electronics, Vetrux, and Keyton, along with the support of the Krol Electronics Authorized Service Center.

1st National Conference on Guarantees

The activities of the First National Warranty Conference 2026 began this Thursday, September 10, with a presentation on the history and evolution of the Technical Service department, which currently has a large team of specialists.

During this first stage, participants attended a series of lectures at the Hesperia Hotel in Valencia, where they also reviewed in detail “The Team’s Journey,” analyzing each phase of the process from the moment a customer reports a problem in-store until its final resolution.

As part of the activities on this first day, a presentation was given by Dr. Juan Carlos Branger, a psychotherapist, neurocoach, and mentoring expert, who delivered a talk focused on customer psychology and assertive communication. Finally, the day concluded with a guided tour of Pruinca’s Main Distribution Center.

The second day focused on technical practices and commercial synergy. In the training rooms, analysts conducted real-time fault-diagnosis simulations, which led to a discussion with partner brands. During this session, Condesa presented its year-end projections for 2026, revealing the upcoming launch of a digital platform designed for real-time tracking of equipment under warranty.

To wrap up the day, the team conducted a technical visit to the MultiMax Valencia and MultiMax Mañongo branches to oversee the implementation of the new protocols on the sales floor.

Strategic Objectives 2026–2027

During the working groups on the second day of the First National Warranty Conference, the teams defined their commitments for the end of the year and mapped out the roadmap for 2027:

  • Reduced response times: Optimizing workflow to provide immediate responses and solutions.
  • Synergistic communication: Direct and seamless connection between the 49 MultiMax stores, headquarters, and authorized service centers.
  • Uniform protocols: Standardized technical assessment across all service modules.

The event concluded on Saturday, September 12. Following remarks by Alberto Chediak, MultiMax’s Director of National Sales, on the importance of this gathering, Carabobo-based businessman Nasar Dagga closed the event by reaffirming the goal of optimizing technical support through digital tools and immediate responses for customers nationwide.
