CLX Group is a major business conglomerate that brings together an ecosystem of brands—including CLX Samsung, MultiMax, Xio Latin, and HONOR Store—focused on offering innovative solutions across various market sectors in Venezuela.

Through a business model based on diversification, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, the group has established a presence that spans areas such as technology, retail, distribution, services, logistics, e-commerce, and new project development.

Under the leadership of CEO Nasar Dagga, this business conglomerate has redefined industry standards in the technology market since its founding in 2013 as Consorcio LUX, C.A. The group began its journey as a wholesale distributor of white goods, brown goods, mobile phones, and household appliances in Venezuela.

However, in 2014, the company took a key step by becoming Samsung’s Official Partner in the country. This momentum led to the opening of the Samsung Brand Shops, an innovative retail concept that offers Venezuelans an interactive shopping experience featuring the latest-generation devices.

The company later simplified its name to CLX (an acronym for Consorcio Lux). This change marked the beginning of a period of significant expansion, with the creation of XIO Latin and the launch of the first MultiMax store in 2019. Today, it is the largest multi-brand retailer in the country, with 48 locations in 22 states.

In light of this sustained growth, the board decided to consolidate all of its companies in 2020 under the official name CLX Group. Today, the conglomerate consists of a large family of more than 4,000 employees who drive a large-scale logistics and commercial operation.

Beyond Business

For Carabobo-based businessman Nasar Ramadan Dagga Mujamad, business growth must go hand in hand with social development. For this reason, through the CLX Foundation, established in 2019, the conglomerate channels its social responsibility by focusing on areas such as education, technology, health, and sports.

One of the most recent projects is CLX Tech Talent, a program aimed at high school students in public schools in Carabobo State, which challenges them to create an app to solve real-world problems in their communities.

During the competition, participants receive specialized mentoring, while the winning institution will be awarded a computer lab equipped with CLX NUC devices and a Starlink satellite internet connection.

Meanwhile, in the sports arena, the conglomerate has initiatives such as the CLX Night Run and the soccer team, CLX FC. The business group also maintains strategic partnerships with long-standing charitable organizations in the health sector.

So, beyond offering cutting-edge products and services from the best brands, CLX Group’s true commitment is to foster real opportunities for growth in Venezuela.
