CLX Group, through the CLX Foundation, announced the official launch of CLX Tech Talent, a regional competition seeking the most creative high school students in Carabobo State to groom them as the country’s next technology leaders.
Under the vision of its president, Nasar Ramadan Dagga Mujamad, this project—part of CLX’s corporate social responsibility program—was created as a platform to nurture young talent and foster technological innovation in schools. The challenge consists of designing an app that addresses a real need in their community, whether in the areas of health, education, commerce, the environment, mobility, or social innovation.
“For us at CLX Group, the talent of young Venezuelans knows no bounds. That is why, through the CLX Foundation, we have created CLX Tech Talent, where our children will have the opportunity to develop their skills, think big, and use technology as a means to create innovative solutions that positively impact their community,” said Carabobo-based entrepreneur Nasar Ramadan Dagga.
The team that demonstrates effective use of technology and submits the best creative proposal to strengthen its community will receive a prize from its school: a fully equipped computer lab. The space will feature 20 state-of-the-art CLX NUC computers and a Starlink antenna, ensuring high-speed satellite internet to enhance learning for the entire school.
How to Participate in CLX Tech Talent
To participate in CLX Tech Talent, students in Carabobo State must form teams of 3 to 5 members, accompanied by a teacher mentor.
The students will need to identify a real-world problem affecting their community that can be solved by creating an app. Their proposal must include the app’s specific function and the beneficiaries it will help.
The selected teams will advance to the next phase. During this stage, they will receive exclusive guidance from CLX Group experts in strategic areas such as marketing, graphic design, systems, development, and technology implementation.
Finalists must present their project in person to a jury, which will select the winning team by evaluating the app’s functionality, the integration of emerging technologies (such as Artificial Intelligence), the coherence of its visual identity, and the effectiveness of its digital outreach strategy.
“You don’t need to be an expert. You need an idea. Technology is the tool, but you are the one who drives the change,” said Nasar Dagga, CEO of CLX Group, inviting the entire secondary education community in Carabobo to join this wave of innovation.
CLX Foundation in Venezuela
Through the CLX Foundation, the business group led by entrepreneur Nasar Ramadan Dagga Mujamad reaffirms its commitment to Venezuelans by promoting initiatives designed to foster social well-being, promote education, support sports development and artistic talent, and assist healthcare institutions throughout the country.
In 2025, the CLX Group spearheaded the renovation of the facilities at the Bartolomé Salom Cerebral Palsy Center in Valencia, an initiative that transformed the rehabilitation areas with modern infrastructure, climate control, and state-of-the-art technology to provide dignified care to children and young people between the ages of 2 and 22.
The CLX Foundation’s contribution included the provision of specialized medical equipment, the upgrade of the mechanotherapy gym with sensory tools, and the incorporation of CLX NUC computers to integrate innovation into the recovery process.
