Living the adrenaline rush before the night race, CLX ICONS revealed Asier Cazalis and Pável Tello, members of the legendary band Caramelos de Cianuro, as the stars of the tenth edition of the CLX business group’s magazine.

The cover reveal took place at MultiMax Valencia during the press conference for the fourth edition of the CLX Night Run, the running event of the year that will fill Venezuela’s industrial capital with light, music, and energy on November 8.

“At CLX Group, we are committed to creating the best experiences and encouraging Venezuelan talent to connect with our people. In this edition, which comes so close to the CLX Night Run, we are pleased to present Caramelos de Cianuro, a band that has accompanied us over the years in celebrations, corporate events, our race, and now, as the new cover of CLX ICONS. We hope you enjoy this product that we have created especially for you,” said Nasar Dagga, CEO of CLX Group.

Accompanied by media outlets from across the country, allies, special guests, and prominent influencers, the publishing house presented its third musical collaboration, thus concluding a trilogy of iconic Venezuelan artists with Caramelos de Cianuro.

Setting the stage for the big concert at CLX Night Run, the tenth edition focuses on “the past that connects us,” highlighting nostalgia as the driving force that propels us to move forward with greater strength toward the future.

“I am very grateful and honored to be able to tell the story of Caramelos de Cianuro, an iconic band that has connected generations through music, which we know builds bridges and connects us, taking us back to memorable moments from the past. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we enjoyed creating this cover and all the editorial content you will find inside,” said CLX ICONS director Jineth González.

The Caracas-based group will bring their characteristic sound and powerful repertoire to Venezuela’s only night race. With more than three decades of experience, they have created Venezuelan rock classics such as “Sanitarios,” “Rubia Sol Morena Luna,” “Dos Caras, Dos Corazones,” and “Verónica,” along with songs from their eleventh studio album, Control (2021).

Through an exclusive interview with journalist Luis Olavarrieta, they reveal how the irreverence of their early years was transformed into permanence, maturity, and artistic discipline.

The magazine also offers a visual tour of the band’s aesthetic, along with a retrospective of their discography that has accompanied Venezuela’s collective memory: from “Cuentos para adultos” to “Interstellar” (2024). This tenth edition celebrates the constancy and power of art that transcends fads: a tribute to the music that unites us, moves us, and connects us to the past to propel us into the future.
