2025 has been a year of great achievements, dreams, and goals fulfilled! For over a decade, companies have established a strong foothold in the Venezuelan market, emerging with a clear vision. This has led to the rise of conglomerates like CLX Group, which, under the leadership of Carabobo-born entrepreneur Nasar Dagga, has solidified its position as a leader in the technology, consumer electronics, innovation, and retail sectors today.
At the fiscal year-end and following the presentation of the summary in November by CLX alongside the executive board at the headquarters in Valencia, more than 120 executives, managers, and leaders working across the conglomerate’s subsidiaries—one of which is MultiMax, the country’s largest multi-brand retailer with 47 locations currently distributed nationwide—were joined by CLX Samsung, Xio Store, HONOR Venezuela, and CLX Icons; they highlighted solid growth and sustained investment, reaffirming their confidence in the domestic market for the coming year 2026.
“Our goal for 2026 is clear. At CLX Group, we will remain focused on building a brighter future. Venezuela is a country full of challenges, but also of opportunities; it is my family’s homeland, and investing in the place that once sheltered me and welcomed me with open arms is undoubtedly the most rewarding way to give back for all the good this beautiful country and its people have offered,” said the conglomerate’s CEO, Nasar Ramadan Dagga Mujamad.
It is worth noting that this business group has been active in the Venezuelan market for over ten years. Thanks to an innovative business model, it has positioned itself as a key player in the country’s economic development. By integrating an ecosystem of global brands and an unprecedented distribution network, the organization has achieved transformative milestones in the shopping experience. Likewise, its focus on technological adoption and its ability to adapt to upcoming changes have been the fundamental pillars of its leadership in Venezuela’s commercial, business, and labor sectors.
Milestones, End of 2025
In this regard, CLX has stood out as one of the most prominent companies of the year. This success is reflected in its inclusion in the “Top 100 Companies,” VenAmCham’s annual study that ranks the country’s largest organizations by revenue. By mid-year, the conglomerate had established itself as one of the groups with the most retail locations opened in the country through its subsidiary, MultiMax. With a network of 47 stores nationwide, the organization currently generates 6,500 direct jobs and 5,300 indirect jobs throughout Venezuela.
“With an extensive network of more than 60 stores and expansion plans, CLX Group has positioned itself as a leader in the sale of home appliances, consumer electronics, gadgets, and electronic equipment,” reported Consecomercio.
It is important to note that Consecomercio recognized CLX Group’s track record by awarding it the “Retailer of the Year 2024” award. This recognition extends to its subsidiaries and celebrates the company’s solid growth and expansion throughout the country, highlighting the work of brands such as MultiMax, CLX Samsung, Xio Store, and HONOR Venezuela.
