Following the devastating natural disasters that struck the country on June 24, CLX Group and Starlink are joining forces to support Venezuelans in the areas affected by the earthquake by providing free, unrestricted internet access so that thousands of citizens can make urgent contact with their families, report on their health status, and coordinate assistance in real time.

“In times of difficulty, our top priority is the people. We are working tirelessly with our teams to install more Starlink terminals in the affected areas. Today more than ever, we are united by solidarity and our commitment to every Venezuelan family,” said Nasar Ramadan Dagga Mujamad, CEO of CLX Group and MultiMax.

According to Carabobo-based businessman Nasar Dagga, more than 600 Starlink antennas providing free internet access have been distributed so far to various affected areas of the country as part of this humanitarian response.

In addition, to ensure continuous access to information and ease the burden on citizens in the affected regions, Starlink has officially announced a full waiver of its monthly fee through July 25 for customers located in the affected areas of Venezuela.

Support for Venezuela

Through its official platform, the satellite internet service developed by SpaceX announced that current active Starlink customers in those regions will proactively receive a full credit applied to their accounts. Additionally, users whose Starlink service has been canceled will also receive this credit, allowing them to reactivate the service immediately and reconnect at no cost.

Those who purchase a new Starlink kit in the affected areas will receive the service free of charge through July 25; to do so, they simply need to contact the platform’s technical support team after making the purchase.

Meanwhile, those whose Starlink antenna or kit suffered physical damage or was completely lost due to the earthquakes can contact the support team directly to request a replacement at no cost.

In this regard, Nasar Dagga invites Venezuelans to visit the Starlink Help Center, where they can stay up to date on the latest news and get assistance from specialists.
